The record starts with the object.

A warranty is useful when you know which appliance it covers. A repair note needs a place, a date and the equipment it refers to.

Our Home Folder groups those details around the appliance. Make, model, location and repair information sit alongside the supporting documents, so the record has context before a document is opened.

Detail when you need it.

Receipts, repair history and warranties expand individually. The first view gives an overview; the supporting record is one step away.

The public sample separates the home map, appliance record and emergency sheet into three views, each with a different job.

Someone looking for the water shut-off may not know the house. The emergency sheet gives locations and access notes more prominence than the rest of the record.

Keeping that view separate lets routine paperwork and urgent reference each have the hierarchy they need.
